A Shamanic journey and how it can help you.

We are all born with a sacred contract that determines how we're meant to navigate our lives. When you forget your sacred contract, it's natural to begin to believe that life is about spending 40 hours or more a week at the office while slipping into the syndrome of work, eat, sleep, manage life's problems, relationships, and all the stress that goes along with it. All the while you're feeling that these issues have nothing to do with why you were put on this planet.

A Shamanic journey is a powerful ritual for accessing deeper wisdom in which the Shaman enters a meditative state as a vehicle for guidance in helping you step into your own personal power. Perhaps this might mean a transition into a new profession. Additionally this can be enormously helpful in resolving problems, clarifying relationships, working through major transitions and stuck patterns, finding stability during grief, loss, and illness.

During a journeying ritual, the Shaman asks to be taken to the center of your imprint for this life. Was there a wound that changed the course of your life? What was the contract that brought you to this experience? As in everything that happens to us in this life, whether it's good or bad, there is a reason for it and it presents a gift to you. In conclusion, the Shaman asks how to help you discover the pathway into your healing journey.

Shamanism is one of the oldest forms of energy healing beginning in prehistoric times, predating organized religions and formal medical systems. It has been traditionally practiced by indigenous societies for many thousands of years and is only during this last century that the Shamans have agreed to pass on their healing secrets to non-indigenous practitioners in order to restore and rebuild mankind.

It is the Shaman's belief that everything is living and has a spirit. We are connected to all these living creatures whether they are animals, plants, all of nature, and the macrocosm of the universe. Shamanism is essentially a spiritual (not religious) practice that involves the Shaman interacting with the spiritual energy to help heal the person in this physical world.

Shamanic energy medicine can help you change your life whether you need healing from physical problems or emotional distress, changing your behavioral patterns, relief from trauma or loss, removing ancestral energy or karma, finding your life’s goal, and primarily in recovering your true destiny.

It’s best to receive Shamanic energy work before you receive a diagnosis from an illness, but if you’ve already had a diagnosis, we can work along with your medical professionals to help you get back on a path toward healing. We were trained in these skills from the lineage of the Laika Shamans who are the master seers of the Inca nation in the Amazon who say, "As Curing is the business of doctors. Healing is the business of Shamans.”

We all have imprints in our lives. By imprints, I’m talking about the generational impact or belief systems, including traumas that never had a chance to heal. Family dysfunction rolls down from generation to generation. This is known as Epigenetics. Epigenetics is how our environment, our experiences whether good or bad influence our genes and our cells. Positive experiences can help enhance the choices we make and the relationships we choose. Negative experiences or thought patterns, on the other hand, can trigger stress hormones and inflammatory responses, and that can generate pain, illness, and depression.

From a shamanic point of view, trauma is not only physical. It affects us energetically. These imprints shape the way we live and perceive the world. For example, descendants of ancestors who experienced deprivation often live in a mentality of scarcity, while those rooted in cultures of survival may struggle with emotional communication.

Shamanic healing travels into the spiritual realm to identify and heal the root cause of intergenerational trauma. This the process helps release energetic blockages stored in the body and restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit.
